Author, Sagest, Holistic Guide

About the Author

Donna Fuoco our New Hampshire based correspondent draws philosophies from various cultures

throughout the world. For over 40 years, understanding the human condition has been at the core

of her day-to-day life. Her approach begins with staying aware of the connection between outside

influences and inner self. By identifying how the mind processes information and how this

information plays a vast roll in affecting emotions. Trusting oneself to let go of undesirable habits

and unwanted outside influences while embracing a full spectrum of practices that create

balance and lasting health.

At her home in New Hampshire, she creates a calm environment, practices Tai Chi and studies the

abundant local fauna available for herbal medicine. As a writer her work has been an inspiration

blending her own beliefs with that of the Tao and the Red Road created in the Native American

Nature is her energy force, as it has guided her lifestyle and inspired her writing for over 30 years.

Nature calms our inner dialogue while it helps us reserve judgement. We experience nature as it

manifests in its own existence - without judgement.
