Service Description

Held is a private 2-hour healing session with Christa  designed for women ready to gently and powerfully release the weight of the mother wound. In this intimate space, you are guided through a deeply supportive experience that includes journaling, emotional processing, and intentional release. Together, we move through cord cutting, guided meditation, and forgiveness work—creating space for you to soften what has been held for so long. This session also includes Reiki focused on the heart and throat chakras to support emotional release and authentic expression, along with affirmations tailored specifically to your healing. You’ll leave with a custom recording to continue integrating the work, so this becomes more than a moment—it becomes a shift. This is a solo session, created to hold you fully, safely, and without judgment. ​ ​ This is not therapy or a clinical service.  $225 per session ​
