Service Description
Join us for a women’s empowerment circle focusing on identifying our strengths, recognizing challenges we may have overcome, and supporting one another. This group is trauma informed and will allow you to connect with other women while building self-esteem & self-love while incorporating mindfulness skills. This group will meet weekly to provide support and discuss various topics on how to feel empowered and treat yourself with compassion.. If you are looking to work on self-esteem, healing, recognizing your strengths, and supporting yourself and other women- this group is for you! Meets for a Six week session- BCBS accepted/Cigna Private Pay $45 per session
