An intentional healing session with Christa designed to clear energetic blocks and gently shift your mindset back into alignment.

This experience begins with Reiki and intuitive energy clearing to release heaviness held in the body-supporting the chakras for emotional flow and authentic expression.

From there, we move into 30 minutes of guided mindset work to help you shift patterns, reconnect with your truth, and create internal clarity. You’ll also be guided through journaling and meditation to support integration.

You’ll receive a custom affirmation recording to continue the work beyond the session.

Held: A Sacred Session to Heal the Mother Wound
Held is a private 2-hour healing session with Christa designed for women ready to gently and powerfully release the weight of the mother wound.
In this intimate space, you are guided through a deeply supportive experience that includes journaling, emotional processing, and intentional release. Together, we move through cord cutting, guided meditation, and forgiveness work—creating space for you to soften what has been held for so long.
This session also includes Reiki focused on the heart and throat chakras to support emotional release and authentic expression, along with affirmations tailored specifically to your healing.
You’ll leave with a custom recording to continue integrating the work, so this becomes more than a moment—it becomes a shift.
This is a solo session, created to hold you fully, safely, and without judgment.

A private two hour session for women ready to lead, grow, and make decisions from alignment—not pressure or burnout.

This experience blends mindset work, energetic alignment & Reiki healing, and intuitive guidance to support you in stepping into your next level in business. Christa will hold space for you to clear any blocks and shift into the space of expansion in business.

We focus on clearing internal blocks, refining your vision, and reconnecting you to your power—so your actions feel grounded, clear, and aligned.
This session is ideal for women navigating growth, pivots, or wanting to feel more embodied in how they lead and show up.
