    About Megan

Megan is a licensed clinical social worker who believes in helping build people up through support, understanding, and fun. Life can be really hard some days, but those days do not have to define who we are.

  • Liz Anderson
Individual Therapist Liz Anderson, MSW, LCSW Individual Therapist Licensed in Massachusetts Accepting new clients

    About Liz

Liz is a therapist with a Master of Social Work from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Education in Human Sexuality from Widener University. Liz has a particular interest in working with people who are in the middle of figuring themselves out — who they are, what they want, and what kind of life actually fits them. That process looks different for everyone, and it can often tie into identity, values, relationships, or sexuality.

She's especially drawn to working with people who are in active pursuit of knowing themselves better, not just managing symptoms, but genuinely exploring who they are and what they want their life to look like. Many of her clients identify as women, transgender, non-binary, or LGBTQ+, and come to therapy carrying experiences they're ready to finally unpack — whether that's shame, relationship challenges, anxiety, ADHD, career or academic stress, or recovery from high-control groups or intimate partner violence.

Her background in human sexuality studies informs her work with clients around sexual identity, shame, and relationships, in a space that's genuine and nonjudgmental.

Her approach is person-centered, psychodynamic, and empowerment-based, which means sessions are collaborative and grounded in the belief that you already have strengths to build from.

In her free time, Liz enjoys hiking, watching horror movies, and spending time with her family and her cat.
