At Inner Light Counseling & Wellness, we believe in the transformative power of community. Healing doesn’t have to happen alone-in fact, it often is more expansive when shared.

 

 

Our empowering healing groups are designed to provide a nurturing, non-judgmental environment where you can connect with others who are walking similar paths.

 

Each group is thoughtfully created & collaborated  to support your journey of healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. Within these sessions, you’ll find opportunities to explore self-compassion, deepen healing , and build the skills that allow you to live with greater authenticity, balance, and confidence.

Many people wonder whether group support is right for them, especially if they are used to one-on-one therapy or self-work. Group sessions offer something unique:

 

Shared Experience:You’ll realize that you are not alone in your struggles, and others truly understand what you’re going through.

What You Can Expect in Our Groups

 

Our support and skill-focused groups are holistic healing experiences. They go beyond simple discussion and often include tools and practices that engage the mind, body, and spirit.

 

Depending on the group, you may explore: -Mindfulness practices to reduce stress and increase self-awareness

- Self-compassion exercises to nurture a kinder relationship with yourself

-Guided meditations practices or grounding techniques to help you stay centered

-Practical coping skills for everyday challenges

 

Group discussions that inspire connection and understanding Above all, each session is facilitated by compassionate providers & collaborators in the community  who ensure the group remains a safe and supportive space for everyone.

 

Areas of Focus

 

While each group may have its own theme or structure, many of our programs explore topics such as:

 

-Self-Compassion: Learning to meet yourself with kindness instead of criticism.

 

-Personal Growth: Gaining tools to navigate life transitions, set boundaries, and empower self healing. 

-Self-Esteem: Building confidence and recognizing your inherent worth.

-Authenticity: Exploring how to show up in the world as your true self.

-Collective Healing: Understanding the strength of connection and how shared energy supports wellness.

 

Practical Details

 

Investment: Support groups are private pay only and range from $25–$65 per group

 

-Format:Groups are offered virtually and in person, depending on the group and schedule.

 

-Schedule: Our group schedule is updated monthly so you can find the right program at the right time in your journey.

 

Access: Groups are open to adults seeking supportive, holistic healing spaces.
