We are a trusted practice providing high quality care to individuals across Rhode Island & Massachusetts

 

Our practice currently supports  adult clients through individual and group experiences. We do not specialize in working with children or teens at this time.

 

Your journey begins with an initial session, where your therapist will get to know you, explore your goals, and identify the best ways to support your healing and growth. Every treatment plan is personalized because no two clients are the same.

 

We provide in-person therapy in Rhode Island and virtual counseling across Massachusetts. This flexibility allows you to access high-quality care from wherever you are located.

 Insurance & Pricing

 

We believe therapy should be accessible and transparent.

 

We currently accept : Blue Cross & Blue Shield insurance  for individual counseling sessions in Rhode Island.

We also offer private pay options, with session rates typically ranging from $98–$225 depending on provider.

​

We provide monthly statements upon request if you would like to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

At this time, we are not able to bill out-of-network directly.

 

For clients located in Massachusetts, we are pleased to offer virtual sessions (private pay only at this time).

 

To honor and support those who serve, we offer a discounted session rate for veterans and active duty military members. This rate applies to individual counseling (private pay only). Please mention your service when scheduling your appointment.

Please note: Mindset coaching services are separate from therapy and are private pay only, as they are not considered a mental health service.
