Christa strives to provide a warm and welcoming environment to meet you wherever you are in life. Christa offers support with self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. She has an empathetic approach and will work with you on supporting you on your journey of understanding yourself and living authentically as who you desire to be.
Christa is a Licensed Clinical Social worker with a focus on women's mental health and wellness. She has a Master's in Social Work from Simmons College and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Roger Williams University. Christa is also a Usui Reki Master and provides energy healing through Reiki work. Christa also is a life & mindset coach with a focus on changing limiting beliefs and living an authentic life. Christa's work around mindset coaching is rooted in spirituality, self-compassion, and principles based on the law of attraction.
She will support you with finding healing and whole body wellness through your work on self discovery, helping you to deepen the connection you have with yourself.
She believes self-compassion is an important part of self discovery and healing and will work with you on building the love you have for yourself. She believes that spirituality, creativity, and self-compassion support an individual to live as their best self.
Christa specializes in helping women to connect with their authentic self and live a life in alignment with their desires and well-being.
Whether it's anxiety, trauma, a negative mindset, depression or any other challenge you are facing in life, Christa is dedicated in supporting you and your wellness.
Christa is also certified as an Auricular Acu-Technician providing Auricular(ear) acupuncture treatments as an alternative healing modality.

Chantal Shea, LICSW
Individual & Group Therapist, Clinical Supervisor
Chantal is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with more than a decade of experience in the mental health field, in both community and inpatient settings. She enjoys both group and individual work, and has experience working with adults and adolescents In both capacities. Chantal has a Master’s of Social Work from Simmons College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Women’s Studies from Northeastern University. Chantal has a particular interest in working with people who are going through life transitions, work related stress, pregnant and post partum women, and mothers of young children. Chantal is a mother of two school aged children, and enjoys working with other moms who are working on balancing their busy lives with their own self care. Chantal’s approach to therapy is strengths based and focuses on the whole person within the framework of the empowerment model. Chantal uses supportive counseling, mindfulness, grounding, intention setting, and journaling in her work. Chantal believes that therapy is not a “one size fits all” process, and that each individual has the capacity to thrive and overcome their challenges with the right tools and support. Chantal enjoys helping people to connect with their light by building self compassion, empathy, and self love. Chantal believes that each individual comes with distinct strengths and challenges, and that therapy is an individualized process. Chantal’s goal is to work collaboratively within the therapeutic relationship to empower you to move through the obstacles and challenges that you may face, and to celebrate your strengths and successes. In her free time, Chantal enjoys cooking, baking, visiting coffee shops, reading, and spending time in nature with her husband, two children, and her dogs.

Alondra Berrios, LICSW
Individual & Group Therapist, Clinical Supervisor
Alondra is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with various populations including youth, families, adults, spanish speakers, substance use, and the HIV community. She enjoys both individual and group work. Alondra received a Master's of Social Work from Rhode Island College and a Bachelor's of Social Work from Providence College. She also has a Certificate of Graduate Studies in Childhood and Adolescent Trauma and incorporates aspects of that into her practice.
In therapy, Alondra utilizes a holistic client-centred and strength-based perspective and enjoys incorporating mindfulness and grounding techniques into her practice. Alondra strives to ensure individuals feel heard, accepted, and empowered. In her free time, Alondra enjoys working out and spending time with her family.

Natalie Robb,Ed.M., LMHC-A
Individual & Group Therapist
Natalie is a pre-licensed mental health counselor and mental performance consultant with a passion
for creating holistic, person-centered, and compassion-focused spaces for healing. She
has experience providing sport-based group and individual therapy to children and
adolescents, as well as mind-body focused interventions for high school, college, and
professional-level athletes and performers.
Natalie received her Master’s degree in Counseling with specialization in Sport and
Performance Psychology from Boston University and her Bachelor’s degree in
Psychology and Social Welfare from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Natalie is now
pursuing licensure as a LCMHC in Rhode Island and certification as a mental
performance consultant through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.
Natalie believes that, with support, increased self-compassion, authenticity, and
intentionality in daily life can lead to increased ability to heal and grow. She enjoys using
mindful, humanistic, and behavioral approaches in her work with clients. In her freetime,
Natalie loves to figure skate, play music, and spend time outdoors.

Susan Curria, LMHC-A
Individual & Group Therapist, Yoga & Mindfulness Instructor
Susan is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, LMHC-A, and has been in the field of education and mental/behavioral health for over 25 years. She has held various positions throughout her
career including educator, direct support staff, supervisor of residential services, behavioral
health specialist, clinical trainer, and consultant. Susan also currently works for Lifespan/
Bradley Hospital as a clinician and clinical educator. Susan has worked with a diverse group of
individuals including children, adolescents, and adults in a wide range of mental health settings
from outpatient care to acute crisis levels of care. Susan holds two Master of Science degrees in both education and clinical mental health counseling. She is also a Mindfulness Informed Professional, Trauma- Informed Care Yoga Instructor, and Martial Arts Instructor. She combines body-based practices with traditional counseling to support a holistic approach to healing and overall wellness. Her goals include bringing awareness around mental health, encouraging individuals to reach out for support, and helping individuals understand they are not alone.
Susan provides a warm, inviting, non-judgmental approach when working with individuals. She
utilizes supportive communication including empathy, compassion, and validation. Susan will
meet an individual where they are and will continue to build on their inner strengths, personal
values, and beliefs.

Ashlee is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW) who specializes in helping individuals whom may struggle with body image issues, poor relationship with food and/or movement, eating disorders, poor self esteem, chronic or extreme dieting, constant worry about weight gain and coping with weight stigma.
Ashlee acknowledges the societal oppression that leads to weight stigma, body shaming, and unrealistic beauty standards. She focuses on identifying how an individual's experience with these oppressive messages may have impacted their internal experience and fosters positive change towards a healthier and positive view of the self.
Ashlee also supports individuals facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties. Ashlee is committed to providing supportive, non-judgmental, and safe spaces for her clients to explore and heal these struggles.
Using a holistic approach, Ashlee combines various therapeutic modalities, including, self compassion theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and solution-focused therapy.
She empowers her clients to identify their own unique strengths and teaches them how to show compassion to themselves while working to overcome their personal challenges. Ashlee believes that self-compassion is the foundation of lasting change and helps her clients learn how to access this crucial tool throughout their healing journey.
